What We Do
Machinery Design & Build
We will design and build a custom production machine from the ground up, to your specifications. If you know exactly what you want, just give us whatever details you have and we'll quote it. If you have a problem but aren't sure how to solve it, contact us and we'll help.
Machinery Rebuild
We will refurbish your existing machine, including any of the following:
- Update the electrical control system
- Update the safety system
- Retool to produce new parts
- Improve ergonomics or changeover aspects
- Replace bushings, bearings, air cylinders, or any other wear parts
- Repair or replace any broken or missing parts
- Clean and repaint
Fixture Design & Build
We will design and build fixtures to hold loose parts for assembly, welding, or machining. Fixtures could be benchtop type for manual operations, or designed for a CNC mill or robot.
Miscellaneous
We will do any of the following:
- Scheduled maintenance in your plant
- PLC and HMI programming
- Create solid models and drawings of parts, either from a sketch or from an actual part
